At this point, the total number of innovative companies in the New Third Board has reached 1,696, which is the highest level since the implementation of the layered system.

It is understood that 515 new -level companies are mostly concentrated in information technology, high -end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biomedicine and other industries, showing good profitability or growth. In 2021, the average net profit was 290.446 million yuan, 10.32%higher than the original innovative company; the average net asset yield was 15.72%, 7.04 percentage points higher than the original innovative company; The 23.50%and 40.69%, respectively, were 17.66 and 36.45 percentage points higher than the original innovative companies, respectively.

According to the regulations, the listed company of Beijing Stock Exchange is generated from the qualified New Third Board Innovation Corporation. According to statistics, 348 companies in the newly entered and innovative companies this year meet the financial conditions of the Beijing Stock Exchange, accounting for 67.57%. The 89 new entry companies have submitted the Beijing Stock Exchange listing counseling filing materials.
