Ningbo Bank said that on July 25, 2022, the company and Anhui Xinan Asset Management Co., Ltd. completed the equity delivery. As of the announcement, Bank of Ningbo currently holds a total of 690 million shares of the Consumer Corporation, accounting for 76.7%of the total share capital of the Consumers.

On May 18 this year, Xinan Financial, a listed company in Xinxiang Board, announced that due to the company's operating development plan, the company's wholly -owned subsidiary Anhui Xin'an Asset Management Co., Ltd. At that time, the Bank of Ningbo bid a 70%equity of Huarong's deposit by bidding on the Internet, and finally determined that the price of the transfer was 1.091 billion yuan, which was 50%compared to the valuation premium.
