The "Notice" pointed out that personal insurance companies involved 8,244 complaints for sales disputes, accounting for 48.01%of the total complaints of personal insurance companies; 4,729 surrender disputes, accounting for 27.54%. Personal insurance companies involve 7,301 complaints for ordinary life insurance disputes, accounting for 42.52%of the total complaints of personal insurance companies; 3928 complaints for disease insurance disputes, accounting for 22.87%. Ping An Life's ordinary life insurance disputes ranked first in personal insurance companies. Ping An Life Insurance and Xinhua Life Insurance Dispute Dispute Complaints ranked among the top two in the body insurance company.
