On August 4th, Pingdingshan Father City Cultural Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Pingdingshan Father City Wendu) announced that Pingdingshan Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. will transfer 51%of the original Pingdingshan Father City Wentang, all of which Baofeng County State -owned Assets Administration.

At the same time, Pingdingshan Father City Wentou added 200 million yuan in registered capital, which was subscribed by the shareholders Baofeng County State -owned Assets Administration.

Pingdingshan Father City Investment Investment is mainly engaged in infrastructure construction and land development and operation of road engineering, housing construction, and water conservancy projects. In 2021, its revenue was 898 million yuan, and net profit attributable to her mother was 126 million yuan. As of the end of 2021, its total assets were 10.287 billion yuan.

Before this change, the controlling shareholder of Pingdingshan Father City Wentou was Pingdingshan Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., the nature of the enterprise was state -owned enterprises, and the actual controller was the State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau of Pingdingshan City, Henan Province.

After the change, the controlling shareholder of the Pingdingshan Father City Wentou and the actual controller of the Baofeng County State -owned Assets Management Bureau, the nature of the enterprise was changed to the government department.
