According to the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Finance, since April, the financial and tax departments at all levels have accelerated the implementation of tax refund policies, and the total tax refund was 1.34 trillion yuan in April-May to ensure a good foundation for ensuring the "big head" of the tax refund policy in the first half of the year.

After deducting the retained tax refund factor, the national general public budget revenue in May fell by 5.7%, which was basically equivalent to April, and the decrease of 32.5%according to the natural caliber was calculated. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Finance analyzed that the monthly income continued to decline in the month, mainly due to the decline in major economic indicators such as industrial added value and service industry production index in April, and the reduction of tax reduction factors. %.

Looking at tax revenue, after deducting the retained tax refund factors, the national tax revenue increased by 1.4%from January to May, and decreased by 13.6%according to the natural caliber. In terms of tax division, the domestic value -added tax deduction deduction of tax refunds decreased by 0.6%. Enterprise income tax increases by 4%. Personal income tax increased by 8.3%. The value -added tax and consumption tax of imported goods increased by 16.8%, mainly driven by factors such as the increase of general trade imports by 6.5%. The export tax refund refund of 170.4 billion yuan over the same period last year, an increase of 25%, which has effectively promoted the steady development of exports.
