Search 11.671 tons of export fake concealment dangerous goods

Recently, the Mawei Customs affiliated to Fuzhou Customs found that there were unpaid chemicals when checking an export cargo, including 240 barrels of raw materials for granular washing, 4 boxes of universal glue, and 71 boxes of polyester foam. The total weight was about 11.671 tons. The appraisal is all dangerous goods.

Mawei Customs coordinates relevant departments to jointly supervise the departure of dangerous goods from the customs supervision area. Exporting enterprises are suspected of violating relevant regulations, and the case has been transferred to the disposal department for treatment.

Customs reminder: According to the "Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the implementation regulations, the Customs General Administration of the Customs Administration "Announcement on Import and Export Dangerous Chemicals and its packaging inspection and supervision of the packaging inspection" (announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 129, 2020) In other regulations, the import and export hazardous chemicals in the "Dangerous Chemical Catalog" (2015 edition) are legal inspection products. The retractors or agents of import and export hazardous chemicals shall be reported to the customs truthfully. The customs will severely crack down on import and export pseudo -reporting dangerous chemicals.
