Agricultural Bank of China is similar to CCB. The staff of the Agricultural Bank of China Beijing Branch said that for the sum of age, as long as the lender is 18 years old, the bank does not have a special special definition for the upper limit. "The current limitation is only due to the loan period prescribed by the head office, the longest does not exceed 20 years. The age and loan period of the borrower and the loan period should not exceed the 70th anniversary."

The latest adjustment or dates back to 2018. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has extended the maximum age of personal housing loan borrowers from 65 to 70 years old, and the sum of the borrower's age and loan period has not been extended from 70 years to 75 years.
