Jinan 56 design units received "AAA" level credit evaluation

Recently, the Municipal Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau announced the results of the credit evaluation of the city's survey and design industry in the first half of 2022. Among them, 56 design units were evaluated by the "AAA" level and will enjoy incentive policies such as "green channels".

The evaluation results show that in the first half of 2022, the Municipal Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau evaluated a total of 550 survey and design units that developed business in Jiji, including 56 AAA -level units, 65 AA -level units, and 429 A -level units.

According to the "Administrative Measures for the Evaluation of the Integrity Evaluation of Jinan Survey, Design Units and Practitioners", the Municipal Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau will be in accordance with the principles of "integrity incentives" and "disciplinary punishment", and In the work of registered management, commendation and evaluation, market supervision, etc., and integrity evaluation results, incentives to trustworthiness in accordance with the law, and punish the dishonesty behavior. Among them, the credit grade is AAA -level enterprises, implemented "green channel" management, and implemented daily inspections of simplified supervision and low -frequency during the next evaluation period; Credit -level AA -level enterprises implement early warning mechanisms, and routine supervision and moderate period of evaluation period will be implemented. Daily inspection of frequency; enterprises with Class A with a credit grade to prevent equal emphasis on supervision, and implement daily inspections of strengthening supervision and high frequency in the next evaluation period.
