(12) The yacht club shall bear the safety of yachts in accordance with the regulations of maritime management agencies and its agreement with the yacht owner.

(14) When yacht sailing, in addition to complying with the special navigation regulations issued by the local maritime management agency, the following provisions should also be complied with:

(15) Yacht is in danger or water traffic accidents, pollution accidents, yacht operators and other occupants, yacht clubs, and ships and personnel who discover danger or accidents should immediately report to maritime management agencies. The yacht club shall immediately launch an emergency plan. Before the rescue arrives, the staff on the yacht should try their best to save themselves.

(16) Yacht operators and other occupants should report to maritime management agencies in time for water traffic accidents, pollution accidents, residence information or illegal acts found during sailing and mooring. Those who need to be rescued are not seriously endowed with the safety of the yacht, and yachts should try their best to rescue people who are in danger on the water.

The operator must hold a certificate

(1) Yacht operator driving yachts in the waters of the People's Republic of China, shall hold an effective "Ying Certificate for the People's Republic of China Yacht Operator Certificate" or an equivalent electronic certificate issued by the maritime management agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Yacht Driving License" ) And accept the supervision and inspection of maritime management agencies.

(2) The category of yacht operators is divided into sea yacht operators and inland yacht operators. The maritime yacht operator is divided into two levels according to the length of the yacht. Among them, first -class yacht operators can drive all -length maritime yachts; second -class yacht operators are limited to sea yachts of 20 meters and less lengths.
