01 Taizhou Bank was fined 450.7 million yuan

The punishment showed that the Bank of Taizhou was warned for 12 violations and fined 4.507 million yuan.

The specific violations are as follows:

1. In violation of the relevant regulations of fiscal deposit management;

2. Violation of relevant regulations on financial statistics;

3. Violation of relevant regulations on account management;

4. Violation of relevant regulations on liquidation management;

5. Violation of relevant regulations on monetary gold and silver management;

6. Violation of relevant regulations on the management of the Treasury;

7. Violation of relevant regulations on credit reporting;

8. Failure to fulfill the obligation of customer identification in accordance with regulations;

9. Failure to save customer identity information and transaction records;

10. Failure to submit large transaction reports and suspicious transactions in accordance with regulations;

11. Trade with customers who are unknown;

12. Violation of relevant regulations on the protection of financial consumption rights and interests.

In addition, many leaders were fined. Among them, Chen Yuanli was responsible for the relevant provisions of Taizhou Bank's violations of account management and failed to preserve customer identity information and transaction records in accordance with regulations. He was warned and fined 70,000. Chen Wanrong was responsible for performing the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the regulations and the failure to submit large transaction reports and suspicious transaction reports in accordance with regulations, and was fined 50,000. Ying Guanghai was responsible for the obligation to perform customer identification in accordance with the regulations of Bank of Taizhou and was fined 20,000. Yang Wenhui was responsible for the obligation to perform customer identification in accordance with the regulations and was fined 20,000. 02 CITIC Bank Hangzhou Branch was fined 3.3 million yuan
