Zhengzhou issued an announcement on promoting the supervision of housing rental funds

On August 30, the Zhengzhou Housing Security and Real Estate Administration issued an announcement on promoting the supervision of housing rental funds on its official website.

According to the announcement, according to Zhengzhou Housing Rental Fund Supervision Work arrangements, it has been registered in the market supervision department but has not yet required the completion of the housing rental fund supervision of housing rental funds in accordance with the "Zhengzhou Housing Rental Fund Regulatory Measures (Trial)" (Zheng Fang [2021] No. 72). Housing rental enterprises that are set up by households must complete the work of special households before September 1.

Each housing leasing enterprise should choose a supervision bank that connects to the Zhengzhou housing leasing service platform to open the only special supervision account, and incorporate the rent and deposit paid by the lessee into supervision as required. The newly -registered housing rental enterprise shall open a special supervision account within 10 working days after registration.

In the later period, Zhengzhou City will be included in the "double random and public" inspection of whether housing rental enterprises will be opened. For enterprises that have not opened special accounts, they will publicize to the public in accordance with the rules, shall not be recorded in housing leasing enterprises, and shall not be identified as a professional housing leasing enterprise to enjoy tax benefits. Online information, taxation and other departments implement joint punishment to purify the market environment.
