Gao Wenning introduced that in the past ten years, the high -quality development of foreign trade in our province has been shown in five aspects.

First, the structure of exported goods is more optimized, and the performance of mechanical and electrical products is eye -catching. In the past ten years, the main export products in our province are electromechanical products, labor -intensive products and agricultural products. Among them, electromechanical products mainly include high value -added products such as mobile phones, automobiles, electrical equipment, and automotive parts. Labor -intensive products mainly include clothing and shoes Hats and luggage toys. In 2021, the export mechanical and electrical products of our province accounted for 39.2%of the total export value, an increase of 10.1 percentage points from 2012; export labor -intensive products accounted for 20.5%of the total export value, a decrease of 19.2 percentage points from 2012. It can be seen that the leading industries of our province's exports have transformed and upgraded from traditional labor -intensive industries to high -tech industries, which fully reflects the continuous improvement of the quality, grade and added value of export products.

The second is that imports have maintained a good growth, and energy resource products have grown steadily. In 2021, imported crude oil, agricultural products and metal ore in our province increased by 33.6%, 43.8%, and 15.7%, respectively. Among them, the proportion of imported agricultural products and metal ore sands increased by 4.3 and 1.8 percentage points from 2012, respectively. On December 2, 2019, the natural gas pipelines of the China -Russia East Line put into production ventilation to further improve the imported product structure of our province. In 2021, the import of natural gas in our province increased significantly by 121.5%, accounting for 6.3%of the total value of the province.

The third is that the trade method continues to optimize, and general trade improves quality and efficiency. In 2021, the general trade and exports of our province increased by 37.5%, which was higher than that of the overall foreign trade growth rate of 7.8 percentage points in the same period, accounting for 83.2%of the total foreign trade value, an increase of 10.1 percentage points from 2012, which is the mainstay of our province's foreign trade. Among them, exports increased by 36.5%, and imports increased by 37.6%. During the same period, the proportion of import and export of processing trade increased by 1.9 percentage points from 2012.

Fourth, the vitality of foreign trade subjects is effectively stimulated, and the import and export of state -owned enterprises are more active. In 2021, there were 2486 enterprises with actual import and export business in our province. From the perspective of import and export scale, the total foreign trade value of state -owned enterprises increased by 45.6%in 2021, which was the largest main body of foreign trade in our province, accounting for 58.7%, an increase of 13.5 percentage points from 2012. In the past ten years, Harbin Customs has made more efforts to actively create an efficient, convenient and smooth port clearing environment, increase support, and provide services and convenience for various types of enterprises to develop international markets.

Fifth, trade partners have expanded, and the highlights of regional economic and trade cooperation are present. In the past ten years, our province has carried out trade with more than 200 countries and regions, spreading in Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, Latin America, and Oceania. The cooperation of traditional trading partners in our province with the European Union, the United States, Japan, and South Korea is more stable. In 2021, the foreign trade value of our province and the above -mentioned trading partners accounted for 11.6%. At the same time, our province has actively developed the emerging trade market, and the proportion of foreign trade with other BRICS countries and Latin American countries has increased from 60.5%and 3.8%in 2012 to 70.4%and 5.4%in 2021. It is worth noting that the scale of trade in the countries along the “Belt and Road” has continued to expand, accounting for 75.3%of the total foreign trade value of our province to 75.3%in 2021. On January 1 this year, the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) officially took effect. In the first 7 months, the import and export of RCEP member states in our province reached 12.96 billion yuan, an increase of 27.1%year -on -year. Diversified trade partners have shown a booming trend.
