6. (3) Do not support content

(3) Project implementation. For projects that are implemented by the state and city, the state people's government arranges relevant units as the main body to implement the key projects of county -oriented projects such as cross -regional logistics, supply chains; Implement project construction. (4) Project supervision. The first is to strengthen compliance management. The project acceptance should be completed before the end of March 2023 and reported to the Provincial Department of Commerce in a timely manner. The people's governments of each state, county, county (city, district) should implement the asset supervision of construction projects, and clarify the responsibility of asset rights and the main body of management and protection.
