After research, I agreed to the project proposal compiled by Fujian Minghai Investment Technology Consultant Co., Ltd., and approved the project related matters as follows:

1. The necessity and basis of construction: In order to further promote the governance of rural domestic sewage, improve the quality of the water environment, and promote rural revitalization, in accordance with the "Special Plan for Rural Swing Water Management in Hanjiang District (2020-2030)" The daily sewage treatment project is necessary.

2. Project name: Hanjiang District Rural Swing Water Treatment Project (Project Code: 2204-350303-04-01-931836).

3. Project site selection: The project is located in Jiangkou Town, Sanjiangkou Town, Baitang Town, Guohuan Town, Wutang Town, Lusha Town, Baisha Town, Zhuangbian Town, Xinxian Town and Dacheng Township 10 Township.

Fourth, construction scale and content: Project construction content includes sewage pipeline engineering, sewage improvement pumping station project, sewage treatment station project, and new three -square septic tank project.

5. Project estimated investment and funding source: project investment is about 10,135,600 yuan. The specific source of project funds is clear at the feasibility study stage.
