On the 13th local time, the European Commission announced that two bonds with a total amount of 12 billion euros were issued that day.This is the seventh bond of the EU this year, of which the five -year bond amount is 7 billion euros and the 30 -year period is 5 billion euros.The funds raised by the debt issued this time will be fully invested in the "next -generation EU" recovery plan to support the recovery of EU member states from the new crown epidemic, as well as green energy projects and digital transformation.
The "Next Generation EU" recovery plan began in June 2021, and has raised a total of 144.75 billion euros.The subscription of these bonds is mainly financial institutions such as Europe, the United States and Japan.
