This is a project that is related to the development of petroleum development, which is of great strategic significance for improving the capacity of high -end chemical products, industrial transformation and upgrading, and optimizing the market layout. Because of this, according to market changes, the project design plan follows up and adjusts in time, and the rhythm of construction has also produced new changes. In March 2015, the project entered the optimization adjustment period.
