Jingbai Pear matures in early September, and there is a particularity of "picking green, eating yellow". Generally, green fruit is removed for about ten days. After the skin color becomes yellow and white, the flesh is more delicate and softer, and the taste is better. After eating, it has been eaten. The pear juice was stuck in hand. The uniqueness of sweet and juicy and fragrance is the main characteristic of Jingbai Pear, and the fruit shape is flat, the size is suitable, and it is suitable for all ages.

In order to further increase the brand shape and publicity of Changli Jingbai -pear, and to better promote agricultural income, in 2021 and 2022, two consecutive Jingbai -pear tasting meetings were held in Liangshan Township. In the early stage of the event, the staff selected 16 white pear trees with different age, different positions, and different growth conditions from Zhengming Mountain Village for listing and observing growth. The fruits of their fruits were taken in advance until they matured.

At the event site, Jingbai Pear, which has been stored in 16 trees, was displayed, and an expert judges were invited to tastors of the fruits on different Jingbai pear trees. At the event site, many merchants purchased Jingbai Pear. Among them, the first prize fruit products were 9.4 yuan per catty, and the second and third prizes per catty were 7 yuan and 6 yuan, respectively. "It is a lot higher than the market price. I will have more trees and sell more money in the future." Villager Song Wei said. Seeing his own Jingbai pear selling a lot higher than the market price, the face of fruit farmers was full of smiles, which greatly enhanced the enthusiasm of growing Jingbai Pear.
