The report shows that the sharp rise in energy prices is still the main factor that pushes the price in August.Compared with the same period last year, electricity bills rose 21.5%and gas costs rose 26.4%.In the month, non -fresh food and furniture household items also increased significantly, of which the price of ordinary bread rose 15.0%.

The main factors for the rise in prices in the month are still communication fees, and mobile phone communication fees decreased by 14.4%year -on -year.As Japanese operators have launched low -priced packages since the spring of last year, mobile phone communication fees have fallen significantly in the past year as an important factor in suppressing the rise of CPI.
