According to the Red Star Capital Bureau on September 22, Longji Green Energy (601012.SH) issued an announcement that he received a notice from the controlling shareholder Li Zhenguo on the shares of the stock pledge business he held.

The announcement shows that Li Zhenguo now holds 1.067 billion shares of Longji Green Energy, accounting for about 14.08%of the total share capital. He pledged 10 million shares, and the pledgee was Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd., and pledged financing funds were used for their personal funds turnover.

On September 22, the closing price of Longji Green Energy was 49.18 yuan/share, down 0.02%, and the total market value was about 372.9 billion yuan. Based on the closing price on September 22, Li Zhenguo's market value of 10 million shares pledged by Li Zhenguo was about 492 million yuan.

The Red Star Capital Bureau noticed that after the completion of the pledge, Li Zhenguo pledged 70.2 million shares of Longji Green Energy, accounting for 6.58%of its shares, accounting for about 0.93%of the company's total share capital.

Longji Green Energy said that Li Zhenguo's credit status was in good condition and had good funding repayment. Cumulative pledged shares did not have the risk of liquidation or forced liquidation and actual control. If the stock price fluctuates to the early warning line, Li Zhenguo will actively take countermeasures, including but not limited to supplementing pledge and early repayment.
