The central bank's public account announced the operation of the financial market in August on the 23rd.Data show that in August, the bond market issued a total of 5282.13 billion yuan of various bonds.As of the end of August, the balance of the bond market custody was 14.23 trillion yuan.

As of the end of August 2022, the balance of the overseas institutions in the Chinese bond market was 3.6 trillion yuan, accounting for 2.5%of the balance of the Chinese bond market custody.

In August, a total of 17.0 trillion yuan of transactions in the interbank currency market, an increase of 62.9%year -on -year, and an increase of 16.0%from the previous month.
