At the same time, it promotes a new model of intellectual property pledge financing. In the first half of this year, pledge financing was 9.168 billion yuan.

In the construction of the "two districts", Beijing has established a dual -protection model of administrative and judicial and intellectual property protection environment. At the same time, increase the innovation of intellectual property protection mechanisms, and pilot the power of patent infringement disputes in the free trade pilot zone. Beijing also creates a multi -level full -coverage service network to deploy trademark acceptance windows and pledge registration windows in the free trade zone to provide precise services for key industries and innovative small and medium -sized enterprises.
