The development of the agricultural product processing industry has continued to grow. From January to July, the operating income of agricultural product processing enterprises above designated size reached 10.65 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.1%year -on -year, and the total profit was 652.86 billion yuan.

Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises have fallen first and then recovered. In August, the procurement manager index of agricultural industrialization enterprises reached 54.6%, and the new order indexes and production indexes were 59.9%and 58%, respectively, reaching the highest level since March.

The new format of rural new industries has developed steadily. Leisure agriculture, rural tourism, and rural e -commerce drove the consumer market. In the first half of the year, the retail sales of rural areas nationwide were 975.83 billion yuan, an increase of 2.5%year -on -year. The retail sales of agricultural products across the country were 250.6 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2%year -on -year.
