From the perspective of the nature of the enterprise, the import and export of private enterprises have maintained growth. From January to August, the exports of mechanical and electrical products in Chancheng District were 29.78 billion yuan, a decrease of 2%, accounting for 36.1%; labor-intensive product exports were 25.06 billion yuan, an increase of 5.7%, accounting for 30.3%. In terms of imports, the import of mechanical and electrical products was 2.47 billion yuan, a decrease of 14.3%, accounting for 27%; metal ore and ore sand imports were 800 million yuan, an increase of 60.2%, and the imports of wood and its products increased by 17%. Electronic component imports increased by 24.5%.

The imports and exports to ASEAN and the United States have maintained growth, and the import and export of the EU decline. From January to August, Zencheng District imported and exported to ASEAN 22.53 billion yuan, an increase of 35.1%; the import and export of the United States were 15.06 billion yuan, an increase of 3.1%; the import and export of EU was 11.91 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.2%. In addition, the import and export of other member states for RCEP was 29.76 billion yuan, an increase of 23.3%; the import and export of the countries along the “Belt and Road” was 36.9 billion yuan, an increase of 23.2%.
