Zhao Ran: After the first training, I worked in the hall. According to the feedback from the taxpayer, we continued to upgrade the functional tax terminal. In 2013, the first "7 × 24 -hour" self -service tax service hall in Shanghai was in Hongkou Area of ​​districts.

The self -service tax service hall uses technologies such as cloud computing and intelligent perception to allow the eight major functions such as reporting tax and invoice application to run smoothly, and smart tax handling has taken a new step.

Zhao Ran: Later, I went to work in Naquan Section. "Internet+tax" was exactly the topic of two years of talking about the two years. I undertake the "intelligent consultation" project. It took a year to make more than 1,600 Q & A knowledge bases, which achieved common problems through human -machine dialogue. In 2019, the first smart tax service hall in Shanghai in Shanghai was in Hongkou District Born, intelligent applications such as tax, intelligent consultation, and tax big data have brought a new taxation experience.

In 2019, the "Smart Tax" theme exhibition hall appeared at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, conveying the concept of "smart tax" to the world.

Zhao Ran: At the beginning of this year, I returned to work in the lobby and served as deputy director. In the ten years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, I personally have been growing up, and smart taxes have quietly changed the tax payment method of market entities, and it is becoming more and more convenient and smarter. At present, the national tax system is accelerating the construction of smart taxation. Standing at a new starting point, I believe that as long as the original intention does not change and continuously reforms and innovate, it will be able to achieve new results in serving the people.
