The notice requires that the use of food operations for automatic equipment currently sells foods should be obtained. Operators can apply for food management permits as operating venues. For a county (city, district), it only needs to obtain a food business license; if it is placed across counties (cities, districts), food business licenses are required in different counties (cities, districts), respectively. Those who have obtained the proofing food operators in their own operating venues who are currently produced by automatic equipment and currently selling foods. They do not need to re -apply for food business licenses.

Food operators shall strictly implement the main responsibilities of food safety in accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Code for Food Safety Operations for Catering Services", and ensure that all links such as raw materials procurement, transportation, storage, processing, and meal supply meet the entire link. It stipulates that self -examination should be done before and during the operation of food management. The content of the self -investigation includes but not limited to the "Self -Check Self -Checklist for the use of currently selling the current food operation conditions of automatic equipment".

The market supervision and management department shall carry out daily supervision and inspection in accordance with relevant requirements and implement supervision responsibilities. The supervision and inspection shall be implemented within 30 working days from the date of the decision to make a permit, and the risk grading should be completed.

According to the requirements, operators shall not use automatic equipment to sell high -risk foods such as high -risk food and other safety risks. The market supervision departments of each municipality can clarify the specific food category according to the actual situation and notify the food management license department of the same level.
