On July 6, Capital State learned that Hong Kong stocks listed company Fantasia annual holding (01777.HK) announced that on July 5, 2022, the issuance of the company's affiliated company Labor New Year Group (China) Co., Ltd. was originally scheduled to be 7, 2022.8.20%of RMB bonds (bond code: 155493) of 8.20%of the unsuccessful repayment of the monthly expiration of about 724 million yuan agreed (i) to postpone the expiration date from July 2022 to December 2022;And (ii) will change the bond interest payment arrangements due to July 5, 2022: 20%interest will be paid on July 8, 2022; and 80%interest will be paid on December 5, 2022 ("After the revised dividend schedule ").
The company has arranged dividends on July 8, 2022 according to the revised dividend schedule.
