Announcement on promoting the guarantee of enterprise group financial companies

1. The guarantee of the financial company of the enterprise group refers to the member unit (hereinafter referred to as a member unit) within the enterprise group (hereinafter referred to as a member unit) to apply for guarantee procedures to the customs with the tax guarantee issued by the Group's financial company.

Enterprise Group Finance Company and member units shall be determined in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Financial Company of Enterprise Group" issued by the CBRC.

2. If the financial company of the enterprise group applies to conduct the guarantee business of the corporate group financial company, it shall submit a written application to the customs of the industrial and commercial registration place to provide the company's qualifications, business scope and other materials. After the customs review and approval of the customs, the customs diversified tax guarantee business can be carried out.

The financial company that has participated in the pilot has been reviewed and agreed, see the attachment.

Third, the corporate group financial company, which has been reviewed and approved, can issue a national tax guarantee letter for its member units in accordance with the requirements of the General Administration of Customs in accordance with the requirements of the 1021 No. 100.

4. If the financial company of the enterprise group refuses to perform the guarantee responsibility and does not cooperate with the customs tax collection management or the ability to solve the solvency, the customs may stop its corporate group financial company guarantee business.
