Anhui: Carry out food production enterprise risk classification supervision

Recently, the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau issued the "Implementation Plan for Risk Housing and Classification of Food Production Enterprises (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") to establish a new supervision mechanism combining credit risk classification management and food production professional supervision.

It is understood that on the basis of the original food safety risk classification, the "Plan" combines the scaling results of the food production enterprises with the results of the food safety risk factors to determine the risk level of the new food manufacturer. Determine food safety risk scores (100 points) according to the variety formats, scale, and control level of food production enterprises, and determine the credit risk score (20 points) according to the score of the enterprise's general credit risk classification results. The risk level of food production enterprises is rated as Class A, B, C -Class, and D -level. The higher the value, the higher the risk. For enterprises that obtain good production norms, analysis and key control point system certification, etc., the level of risk levels should be reduced accordingly; enterprises that have been punished by administrative punishment such as intentional violations of food safety laws and regulations will increase the risk level accordingly, and be included in serious violations of the law. Enterprises with a list of dishonesty are the highest risk level.

The "Plan" requires that the market supervision departments in the jurisdiction to conduct at least once every two years of overall project supervision and inspection of A -level enterprises. In principle, B -level enterprises carry out at least 1 full project supervision and inspection each year. Two times the entire project supervision and inspection, the D -class enterprise is carried out at least 3 times a year in principle.
