Recently, the Xigu District Animal Health Supervision Institute organized the supervision and management training course of animal trafficking personnel, further standardized animal trafficking activities, strengthened the supervision of circulation fields, enhanced the quality of trafficking personnel, minimized breeding risks, and ensured the healthy development of the breeding industry.

This training mainly explains the newly revised "Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Announcement No. 531 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Ministry of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for the Prevention and Supervision and Supervision and Administration of Animal Trafficking Personnel in Gansu Province". After the training, the pig transportation account was recorded on the spot, whether the vehicle transportation records and disinfection records were uploaded to the "pastoral transportation" system in time; whether the vehicle GPS was running normally; check whether the vehicle driving license expired. At the same time, the trafficking staff re -registered and recorded, signed the "Animal Trafficking Epidemic Prevention Promise", and issued the "Training Registration Certificate for Animal Trafficking Personnel in Gansu Province".

Through this training, animal trafficking staff further clarified the legal responsibilities that the acquisition, operation, transportation and transportation and animal products should be assumed, improved the awareness of law -abiding consciousness of trafficking personnel, and further prevent and control major animal diseases such as African swine fever. The prevention and control work and ensuring the healthy development of the livestock in Xigu District played a positive role.
