Garden waste refers to the natural growth of garden plants, artificial trimming or management of dry branches, pruning or inter -cutters, weeds, etc. About 40 million tons of garden waste produced in my country each year, of which Beijing is as high as 7 million tons. At the moment of energy shortage and environmental pollution, heat solution has gradually become one of the main ways for the use of garden waste resources. The research team of Zhang Chengliang Research Team of the Institute of Resources and Environment of the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology Research Team relying on the special topics of financial funding and development, and the lack of energy consumption of high energy, low efficiency, and poor quality of biological carbon in the existing portable biomass carbonization machines. The equipment is optimized, and a set of double bile circulating waste heat is developed and then used to use fast cooling charcoal furnaces. The efficiency is more than 3 times, and energy conservation is greater than 20%.

The Zhang Chengliang Research Team has designed a large -capacity furnace body that affects the heat dissipation of natural heat dissipation in response to the heating device, the insulation layer and the non -demolition of the furnace body, and separate the three. You can directly remove the furnace body and place it in the natural environment, and then push the second furnace to the heating device. Make full use of the residual heat and then heat it. In addition, the heating device of the portable biomass carbonization machine is located at the bottom of the furnace body, which causes uneven heating. The heating device of the upper and lower areas is designed to reduce the temperature difference and improve the quality of biological carbon.

At present, the R & D team of this achievement has won two practical new patents, of which "a heating electric heating furnace that can be demolished and combined with natural heat dissipation structure" won the 16th Beijing Invention Innovation Competition Bronze Award; The patent is in the real audit stage. In the next stage, the R & D team will conduct research on the high -value utilization of biological carbon, wood vinegar, wooden scorch and wood gas in thermal solution to provide technical support for the resource utilization of garden waste.
