Romantic encounter with BB comet and the sun span millions of years -will arrive in the solar system in 2031

Time to meet "You" only to meet "You" -the romantic encounter between the solar system and Bernardinelli-Bernstein

After the hiding of 3.5 million years, the largest comet found in history is driving in our direction.

The huge Bernardinelli-Bernstein will sweep the running track of Saturn in 2031. Scientists were shocked for this.

A new study published on the pre -printed server Arxiv.org shows that a huge comet -probably the biggest comet that is by far -is galloping towards the inner solar system and is expected to arrive within 10 years.

This comet is known as the comet of Bernardinelli-Bernstein (or C/2014 UN271 in astronomy), with a diameter of at least 62 miles (100 kilometers)-about 1000 times the size of ordinary comets. The statement announced in June 2021 on discovery of this comet shows that it is huge, so that astronomers mistakenly believe that it is a dwarf planet.

But after more precise analysis of it, it was found that it was quickly passing through Orte Cloud -a huge cold rock waste material far away from the earth. The object seems to be driving towards us, and there is even a glowing tail or "comet" behind it -this clearly shows that a cold comet is approaching the relatively warm inner solar system.

Today, researchers have conducted a more advanced research on this large -quality comet and have a new guessing of its actions to the sun.

First, this huge rock is not threatened to the earth. At present, Bernardiel-Bernstein (BB) is cruising in Orte Cloud, with a distance of about 29 times the distance between the earth and the sun, that is, 29 astronomical units (AU). According to researchers, the closest time of this comet will be in 2031, when scientists predict that the comet will fly within the range of 10.97 astronomical units of the sun -placed it outside the Saturn's orbit.

Although this is far from the earth and humans cannot see this comet without a telescope, it is undoubtedly closer to the solar system. After modeling the trajectory of the comet, the author calculated that the last time the BB comet was close to the solar system in 3.5 million years, and 18 astronomical units from the sun.

Researchers claimed that since then, the comet moved to the mysterious Altt clouds outside 40,000 celestial units.

Researchers wrote in their research: "Our conclusion is that BB is a" new 'comet, because there is no evidence that the distance from the sun is lower than 18 astronomical units. "In other words I haven't seen it with my own eyes.

Our discovery of large distant comets is attributed to the Dark Energy Survey (DES) -the project from August 2013 to January 2019 to study the universe expansion. During the survey, astronomers drawn 300 million galaxy maps in the Sky of the South, and more than 800 previously unknown objects were found outside Neptune's orbit. BB comets were one of them.

Researchers will have enough time to study this huge comet because it will get closer to the earth in the next ten years. Further observing the rock helps scientists to understand the chemical composition of the early solar system -because the comets from the depths of Orte Cloud and the billions of years ago were considered unchanged compared to the sun. The comet's time is for millions of years from the next close contact, which will become a rare shoulder with the early solar system.
