From 1962 to 1964, Hu Guanglun took the lead in introducing electronic computer technology into the field of surveying and mapping in my country, developed new electrical encrypted technologies, and successfully applied to the boundary measurement of the border between China and Pakistan, which opened the prelude to China's analysis of the air triangle measurement.

A major problem encountered in China and Pakistan borders is the problem of encrypted control points in the air triangle measurement. Hu Guanglun and his colleagues in the research team introduced the entire production process to domestic colleagues in the electrical encryption and encryption training course held by the research group in Xi'an. As a scientific researcher, Hu Guanglun regards the application as the starting point and home point of scientific research, and insists on the exploration and development of the field of air triangle measurement. After retiring, Hu Guanglun has taken the initiative to participate in community governance work in the past 15 years. As the oldest volunteer volunteer in the community, it is called the "Dinghai God Needle" by the community secretary. He devoted his life and adhered to his youth oath.
