Did they be dragged away by the ninth planet?

After six years of search for the space outside Neptune's orbit, 461 newly discovered celestial bodies have been discovered.

These include four celestial bodies that are more than 230 astronomical units (AU) from the sun. (A astronomical unit is from the earth to the sun, about 93 million miles or 149.6 billion kilometers). These very distant celestial bodies may illuminate No. 9 planets. This is a celestial body that has never been observed in theory. It may be hidden in deep space. Its gravity affects the orbit of some rock objects on the edge of the solar system.

The new observation results come from the dark energy survey. The survey began in 2013 to draw a map of the galaxy structure and dark matter of the universe. After 6 years of observation, the Branko telescope, located in Seiroolo, Chile, produced a total of 817 confirmed new objects, of which 461 were first described in a paper published on the pre -printing platform Arxiv. According to the Science Alert, the paper has been submitted to a journal for peer review.

The objects in the study are at least 30 astronomical units, and in the solar system are almost unimaginable dark and lonely areas. In these freezing areas, more than 3,000 TNOS outside the Neptune has been found.

(TNOS: Neptune Wai Celestial Body) Including dwarf planets such as Pluto and Eris, as well as the small celestial bodies of Koyber, Arokos is the rock celestial body visited by the new field of vision in 2019. The Koyber belt is a ice object area, between 30 to 50 astronomical units from the sun.

Neptune

Some of the 461 objects described in the new paper stand out. Nine of them are called extreme Neptune Outland Celestials, and their orbit is at least 150 astronomical units from the sun. Four of them are very extreme, with the track distance of 230 astronomical units. In these distances, these celestial bodies are almost not affected by the gravity of Neptune, but their strange tracks indicate that they are affected by the outside of the solar system. Some researchers believe that these influences may be an unlimited planet, known as the 9th planet. (Other people believe that the comprehensive gravity of many small objects, or an abnormal statistics, can explain these strange tracks.) Therefore, these newly discovered objects can help researchers in deepen the possible study of possible planet No. 9, or refute the refutation its existence.

The researchers also discovered four new Needo Star Troy. Troy is the same object as planet or the moon orbit. In this case, these objects are the same as the track of the Neptune around the sun. They also observed Comet Berneli Bernestein. The comets with the two main authors of the paper-the University of Pennsylvania Corusteologist Garry Bernstein and the post-doctoral scholar of Washington University Pedro Benadi Nery's name is named. These two researchers were those who initially discovered the comet in the data set of dark energy surveys. Comets of Benaderley-Burnstein may reach 100 miles (160 kilometers) wide. It comes from Orte Cloud, another ice -shaped object that is farther than Koyber.

At least 155 newly discovered objects are "separated" by astronomers. This means that they are far away from Neptune, so the gravity of this big planet does not have much impact on them; on the contrary, most of them are attracted by the distant gravity of the sun and connected to the solar system. The separated objects are sometimes called extended disk objects, and they often have huge ellipse tracks.

Researchers wrote in their papers that these discoveries are exciting because the dark energy survey is not to find celestial bodies outside Neptune. Its goal is to describe the dark energy that affects the accelerated expansion of the universe. However, the researchers wrote that the survey data contains 20%of all TNOS currently known, covering one -eighth sky.

They wrote: "These data will be valuable to further detailed statistical testing of the formation model outside Neptune."

In physics and astronomy, dark energy is an unknown energy form, which affects the universe at the largest scale. The first observation evidence of its existence comes from the measurement of the supernova, which indicates that the universe does not expand at a constant speed; on the contrary, the expansion of the universe is accelerating. [1] [2] Understanding the evolution of the universe needs to understand its starting conditions and composition. Prior to these observations, scientists believed that all forms of material and energy in the universe would only cause expansion to slow down over time. The measurement of the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMB) shows that the universe began to have a hot big bang, and the general theory of relativity explains its evolution and subsequent large -scale movements. If a new energy form is not introduced, it is impossible to explain how scientists can measure a accelerated universe. Since the 1990s, dark energy has been the most recognized prerequisite for explaining accelerated expansion. By 2021, there are some active fields in cosmic research to understand the basic nature of dark energy.
