The Central South Digital Industrial Park project was built and operated by Hunan Telecom, with a total investment of 12 billion yuan. It is the largest digital new infrastructure project in Hunan. After completion, it will become the fifth largest area data center of China Telecom, helping Hunan to become an information highland in Central South.

The industrial park is positioned as a national regional data center with "green and security" characteristics. It is an important "base" project for Hunan Telecom to achieve cloud network integration and 5G development strategy. It is also an important part of the "National Yunchi". The project started in December 2021. It is currently the construction stage of civil construction. It is planned to complete the ability to complete in August 2023. After completion, the industrial park will become the super large data center and computing power center with the highest network level, the largest export bandwidth, and the strongest cloud computing power in Hunan Province. Can accommodate 450,000 servers, including 8 million core VCPUs of Tianyi Cloud, stored 500PB.

The industrial park can provide data storage and application services for government agencies, enterprises and other users: strongly supporting governments at all levels to go to clouds, use numbers, and wisdom to help solve difficult problems in government decision -making, mass services, and social governance; Data, AI and other advantages to seize the opportunities for digital development of the industry. At present, Hunan Telecom has completed the layout of "one city and one pool" of 2+12+x in various cities and states in the province, forming a pattern of coordinated development of two cities in Changsha and Hengyang.
