China (Guangzhou) Intellectual Property Protection Center officially launched pre -review services from July 1st

A few days ago, the China (Guangzhou) Intellectual Property Protection Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangzhou Protection Center") was preliminarily accepted and passed, allowing trial operation to carry out related businesses. The patent fast pre -examination is one of the specialized businesses of the Guangzhou Protection Center. According to the "Construction and Operation Guide of the Intellectual Property Protection Center (Draft for Solicitation)" and the work arrangement, the Guangzhou Protection Center will officially accept the pre -trial application on July 1.

According to reports, the Guangzhou Protection Center conducts patented pre -review services for Guangzhou's high -end equipment manufacturing industries and new material industries, with a total of 98 IPC classification numbers and 25 Lomano classification numbers in the pre -trial acceptance scope. At present, more than 1,000 enterprises and institutions have proposed the registration of pre -trial filing. Among them, 689 were passed by the Guangzhou Protection Center. The State Intellectual Property Office is reviewing the 689 enterprises and institutions, the filing of the application entity that has passed the review has completed the filing, and then the patent pre -examination application can be submitted online or offline.

The official opening of the Guangzhou Protection Center's pre -trial business marks key results in the construction of China (Guangzhou) Intellectual Property Protection Center. Innovative entities in the jurisdiction of Guangzhou will apply for patents through the pre -trial channels, which will greatly shorten the patent authorization cycle and help enterprises innovate and develop.
