Enrich the online service hall, accelerate online business handling

Most of the core business systems of Peking University are independently developed by the computing center team. The advantage of independent development is that the team is relatively stable. Developers are familiar with school business and can respond quickly and maintain long -term maintenance. The data is placed in the school and has high security. The disadvantage is that people are nervous, and long -term development tasks often conflict with short -term emergency tasks, so they can only ensure the construction of some application systems. For example, in 2021, more than 70 new systems and business modules were built, including 470 functional points, involving the work of 20 departments in the school. Coupled with the daily maintenance and data processing of the original system, people are seriously insufficient. Therefore, buying mature products and cooperating with high -quality enterprises have become an effective way to accelerate the needs of construction in recent years.

In recent years, the systems that the computing center and the company develop and build include OA systems, online service halls, data exchange, data sharing, school conditions display, big data analysis, as well as face recognition, Peking University network disk, genuine software, CMS,,, CMS, Website groups, etc. Among them, the online office hall is an important application with a large progress and extensive service scope in the past two years.

Beijing University

The school has always attached great importance to the construction of online work halls and gives full attention and support. At the 2019 Peking University Winter Vacation Strategic Symposium, Secretary Qiu Heping clearly stated: "Strengthen the construction of online work halls to provide teachers and students with 'one -stop service', so that everyone can run at most ', even' "". In September 2019, in order to implement the requirements of the theme education rectification, the school also specially held a meeting to study the related work of "one -stop service". This series of work accelerated the construction process of the online office hall.

The online service hall is a large -scale information service application that improves management services and improves teachers and students. It can effectively connect and integrate existing business management processes and new information technology methods. It relocated traditional offline business, especially business with application / approval processes as much as possible. In this process, the original business process should be comprehensively integrated and sorted out to meet the inherent logic of online services and exert its advantages.

The construction of the office hall is both technical and management issues. The online office of Peking University was officially launched in May 2019, becoming one of the main applications in the school. The overall layout of the online office hall is simple and intuitive, facilitated positioning and operation. Click "View details" in the WeChat message, and you can directly enter the corresponding matters in the office hall. Check the basic situation and take approval; at the same time, you can also see the signing of other people. Applicants can also learn about the process at any time.

Second, give full play to the superiority of the school's data center and establish an information sharing mechanism. The application review of the core business of the office hall is not a business system for personnel management and organizational relationship management. However, the actual operation of the lobby requires relevant information such as employees and organizational relationships. Therefore, through the sharing data of the data center, we can bring the basic information of the personnel to the form, and we can also synchronize the unit's approval personnel with the information of the cadres of the organization department to ensure the basic information used by the online office hall. consistency. The third has good openness and expansion, and can be connected with external systems through service interfaces and other methods. The business in the online service hall can interconnect with other business systems, support the establishment of complex processes, and achieve seamless connection between long process business between different systems. The online service hall provides strong technical support for the rapid construction of online business during the epidemic. At the beginning of 2020, the school's inspection room led, and the dense drums started the development of scientific research and printing systems with the most urgent demand and the largest number of people involved. Seven departments including the Calculation Center, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Social Sciences, the Ministry of Science and Technology Development, the Advanced Technology Research Institute, the Director of the Medical Department, and the Scientific Research Office of the Medical Department participated together and gathered quickly. Through repeated communication in the cloud, only 10 days of demand analysis, process design, procedure development, role matching, remote testing and other tasks were completed.

On February 14, 2020, the scientific research module officially launched in the online office hall, which effectively implemented the school's normalized epidemic prevention and control work. Subsequently, with the strong support of the legal affairs office, the Ministry of Science and Technology Development, and other relevant departments, the printing approval system was connected with the newly developed "smart contract management" system to open the "horizontal scientific research contract" printing module; The inspection room also coordinated relevant departments to launch modules such as comprehensive business printing, education and teaching printing, and foreign affairs printing, which realized full coverage of non -secret -related printing business lines.

Applying for overall operations is convenient and smooth, and users "use without training, use it as soon as possible." Although the type of printing is different and the approval process is different, the user does not need to understand in detail. And, because the design focuses on the "only one table" experience in the design, it avoids repeated reporting. Throughout the process, the applicant only needs to fill in the table for submission to complete the application in all links.

Once the printing system was launched, it was widely praised. It turned out that the teacher should first prepare the materials to approve the stamp in the department, and then take the paper materials to the relevant departments for approval, and finally send it to the inspection room for printing. Because they are unfamiliar with their business, they often inquire, often running the wrong way and running. Now the teacher only needs to fill in the system in the system to complete all the application process.

At present, Peking University has opened 81 business matters on the online work hall, and 23 "settled" departments in the hall, exempting 37,000 person -times leg running work.

Promote face recognition technology, intelligent guardian school door

In recent years, face recognition technology has been widely used. Since 2017, Peking University has considered the application of face recognition technology in various scenarios. First of all, the application of face recognition technology in the welcome system is used, and the freshmen have passed face verification and reporting; in November of the same year, the signing in the 13th Party Congress of Peking University officially used face recognition technology.

In June 2018, the first set of "face brushing schools" gate was put into trial operation at the southwest gate of the school. In April 2020, in order to strictly prevent and control the epidemic.

After the epidemic is normalized, the simply scratching in and out of the face cannot meet the diverse needs. For example, students in the school are not necessary to go out of school. In many practices, the computing center has gradually established a set of technical solutions to achieve the docking of multiple application systems and face recognition systems. After the dynamic adjustment of permissions, it is adapted to a variety of in -school management methods. At present, this plan has been applied in a variety of management scenarios such as students, employees, family members, and visitors, and has achieved intelligent management of face -to -face access to school. In order to collect information on face and regulations, in September 2021, the school launched the work of signing the consent of informed authorization. Teachers and students can log in to the school portal to learn about the "Face recognition verification and verification of identity service clauses", and choose whether to agree to adopt human face recognition methods for identity verification. In addition to providing rich online services, the school also provides offline intelligent services. Self -service terminal is typical of them. In order to facilitate teachers and students, the school deployed 15 self -service terminals in the four campuses of the school headquarters, Shenzhen, Daxing, and Changping. A series of functions such as self -service payment, self -service printing, automatic sealing, and card reading and authentication can be implemented on the self -service aircraft. In addition to the above functions, Peking University self -service machine also has the following characteristics.

After the self -service machine is printed, it will be stamped with real seals in the specified location to avoid the need to prepare a large amount of blank seal pages in advance. Secondly, the self -service terminal also provides remote management and monitoring procedures to monitor the state of software and hardware status and consumables in real time, set up alarm thresholds, and remind the administrators through mail and SMS to achieve intelligent management.

During the epidemic, the computing center also connected with the management system of the school hospital, and developed the business function of students' self -service proof of vaccination proof of various types of vaccines. Students can print relevant certificates on any self -service aircraft in the school, avoid running legs for leg running, reducing infection to reduce infection risk.

At present, the self -service aircraft distributed by the school can provide teachers and students with 47 types of certification materials, printed tens of thousands of materials each year. In addition to the physical seal self -service, the school also provides self -service documents with electronic seal. True electronic transcripts belong to such proof files, which is a PDF version of the transcript file with an electronic seal.

In July 2019, Peking University launched a credible electronic transcript. While receiving traditional paper transcripts in that year, it can also download credible electronic transcripts while obtaining traditional paper transcripts. The electronic transcript adopts a dual digital signature combined with the national secret algorithm and the international secret algorithm, which not only ensures the credibility and irreplaceability of the document, but also makes the files have stronger security and autonomy. Students can open the electronic transcript through the Adobe reader and click "Special Seal of the Student Certificate of Peking University" to obtain the document signature verification status, query the signature attributes of the digital certificate, and issue time.

In the 2020 graduation season, graduates affected by the epidemic could not return to school. In order to solve the urgent needs of employment and further studies at the first time, the school quickly expanded the credible documents to the graduation certificate and degree certificate. Like electronic transcripts, these certificates are PDF version certification files with electronic chapters. They use dual digital signatures combined with the national secret algorithm and international encryption algorithm to ensure credibility and non -tampering, and have the same effect as the paper version certificate.

In addition, the school has upgraded the campus card. Campus card is a application that is closely related to teachers and students. The campus card system of Peking University was founded in 2004. It has continuously developed in the past two decades, and has introduced intelligent equipment such as robot cashier, self -service recharge machines, and self -service supplementary card machines. In July 2021, the school launched the campus card upgrade work to promote the use of digital campus cards. The upgrade work is carried out simultaneously at the school headquarters and medical department. From September 1, 2021, teachers and students can achieve campus card functions such as access control and dining on their mobile phones.
