In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of Document No. 2 and combine the actual results achieved by Guiyang's "Iron Wicing Covering" work, further optimize the business environment of our city and consolidate the results of the prevention and control of the epidemic. Relevant regulations have decided to adjust the restricted measures for related cars in some sections of the urban area from August 22, 2022, and the specific measures will be announced as follows.

One or five or more (excluding five seats) below nine (including nine seats) passenger cars and multi -purpose trucks (pickup trucks) can pass all roads in the urban area throughout the day.

2. Nine or more (excluding nine -seat) passenger cars and other carrier -loading cars (including special operating vehicles) have remained unchanged.

Note: Multi -purpose trucks (pickup trucks) need to meet the following main technical characteristics at the same time: First, with long -headed body and cab structure, the number of passengers is not more than 5 (including the driver); the second is that the height of the cab is not more than 2.1 meters. The upper end of the cargo charter (cargo box) is not more than 1.5 meters from the ground; the third is the maximum design quality of not more than 3500 kg.
