01 Enter the electric bicycle driving license business

Enter Wuhan Traffic Police WeChat public account, click the menu bar [V user], select [electric bicycle driving license] from other businesses;

02 View instructions, choose to bind the vehicle

Check out the electric bicycle driving license (electronic version), click [Start Explanation], click [Binding the Vehicle] on the vehicle management page

*Notice! Citizens need to bind their own names to electric bicycles to receive electric bicycle driving licenses (electronic versions) -that is, electric bicycle owners need to be consistent with the real -name authentication information of Wuhan traffic police.

After receiving the electric bicycle driving license (electronic version), you can view it in the WeChat card package.

03 It can bind a personal vehicle or unit vehicle

Select [Personal Vehicle] or [Unit Vehicle], enter the vehicle number plate number and unify the social credit code (only the unit of the unit) according to the requirements, and you can complete the binding.

04 Receive the WeChat card package

After completing the vehicle binding, you can check the electric bicycle information in your name in the vehicle list, and click [Receive the card bag].

05 Complete the application, one -click bright certificate

From the Wuhan Traffic Police-V user-electric bicycle driving license page, or from the WeChat card package, you can view your electric bicycle driving license (electronic version) information.
