He is currently a professor at the School of Fine Arts of Xinjiang Normal University, a guest professor at Xinjiang Academy of Arts, a member of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chinese Oil Painting Society, and the director of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Xinjiang Artists Association.
