Luo Hongzhu was born in 1921 and was "the same age" as the Communist Party of China. His revolutionary career was the glorious epitome of their generation. He used an experience of an ordinary soldier to note "why the Communist Party of China can."

When the Communist Party rescued the rescue of Japan, Luo Hongzhu was driving to the border between China and Myanmar with the Kuomintang army to block the invaders. However, when the civil war started and confronted the PLA, he resolutely pointed the muzzle to the sky. Because he knew that the Communists were a happy person for the poor people like him.

He led the team to the team of the People's Liberation Army in front of the two armies: because he recognized the decay of the Kuomintang, and in his heart, he agreed with the words and deeds of the Communist Party. After joining the People's Liberation Army, he first liberated himself and determined that all the Communists who settled all the people for the people became one of the members. In the southwest of liberation, when he entered Tibet, and the construction of the Qinghai -Tibet Highway, he was forgotten to practice the ideal of revolution.

The outbreak of the War of Resistance to the United States and the DPRK broke out. Luo Hongzhu joined the Chinese People's Volunteer Army, crossed the Yalu River Baojia to defend the country, and became close comrades -in -arms with Huang Jiguang. After a three -year fierce war, when he escorted the remains of heroes such as Huang Jiguang to return home, he knew that he was just an veteran who survived on the battlefield.

The war was over, and Luo Hongzhu returned to the hometown of Anren, Hunan. He was holding the "Red Book" party constitution in his hand, with a big "home" in his heart. He returned to the countryside, he became a family, farmers, pigs, and forests ... silently contributed to the construction of socialist families. He never competed with others, but he did not maintain the collective interests until his life ended.

There are many such veterans, because most of the veterans who have come from that era are like this; there are not many such veterans, because after so many wars, many comrades around them have sacrificed, and they are few survivors. Therefore, this work is not just a story about writing a veteran, but a sample of tens of millions of ordinary and great participation in the revolutionary soldiers and republican builders.

Today, we have entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, tens of millions of Communists need to practice their original intentions and take the mission, and Luo Hongzhu is a "veteran spirit" who is not afraid of suffering and dying. The style of "still has inspiration for tens of millions of builders in the new era, and it is worthy of our inheritance and promotion.
