He Youzhi's ancestral native Zhenhai is the most representative line drawing art and serial artist in China in the 20th century. He has devoted himself to comics and creation throughout his life. In the form of vitality, he perfectly integrates real life with ancient Chinese traditional painting methods, shaping a series of vivid and unique characters, and has been well received by generations of readers.

He Youzhi has created many works related to Ningbo and Zhenhai, including "Ye Chengzhong" and "Ningbo".
