In order to deeply discover cultural resources of cultural relics units, develop cultural and creative industries, develop cultural and creative products, promote the excellent Chinese culture, inherit Chinese civilization, and improve the social capabilities of cultural relics units. We will organize the second national cultural and creative product promotion Activity. The event is hosted by the China Cultural Relics News Agency, co -organized by the Cultural and Creative Product Committee of the Chinese Museum Association and the Cultural and Creative Development Committee of the Chinese Cultural Relics Society. The promotion activities follow the "National Cultural and Creative Product Promotion Activity Measures" (trial), adhere to the principle of "openness, fairness, and fairness", and accept social supervision. The promotion activity office is located in the China Cultural Relics News Agency, which is responsible for promoting activities. The relevant matters related to the organization of this promotion activity are now as follows:
1. Promotion range
Cultural and creative products promoted in this event refer to the cultural relics units (mainly including museums, memorials, art museums, libraries, intangible cultural heritage protection centers and other cultural resources that master various forms of cultural resources). Cultural resources of the museum, various cultural and creative products developed, do not include books, creative space, and fresh food cultural and creative products that are not convenient for preservation and display.
The following conditions should be required to apply for cultural and creative products:
(1) Original products developed by the registered cultural relics units in the past three years, cultural and creative products participating in the first national cultural and creative product promotion activities are no longer declared. The intellectual property rights of cultural and creative products should be owned by the application unit.
(2) Cultural and creative products adhere to the correct political direction and value orientation. Cultural and creative products Cultural elements are related to modern figures and events, and their connotation must meet authoritative historical conclusions; those related to cultural elements are related to leaders, and they must comply with relevant central regulations that products have passed the review of relevant departments; cultural elements cannot exist in cultural security issues. Or include incorrect cultural trends.
(3) Cultural and creative products must contain the characteristics of regional traditional cultural characteristics or cultural relics contained in the institution.
(4) Cultural and creative products are novel and distinctive, with strong ideology, originality, originality, or a certain characteristics of the times.
(5) The quality of the product is qualified, the production is fine, and the craftsmanship is fine. It must meet the relevant national standards (or local standards, industry standards, and corporate standards).
(6) In violation of the "Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Copy of the People's Republic of China Copyright Law", and "Museum Regulations" and other laws and regulations, the products are not applied for administrative penalties or notified by relevant departments.
2. Material reporting
(1) Each unit may submit the application materials to the promotional office, and each unit is limited to 3 items (pieces/sets).
(2) The application unit shall conscientiously fill in the "Basic Situation of the Application Unit", "The Second National Cultural and Creative Product Promotional Recommendation Campaign" and other materials (see Annex 1, Annex 2). .ncha.gov.cn/art/2022/8/25/art_723_176581.html) or "Museum China" WeChat public account download. The submitted materials are as follows:
1. Each application product must submit the basic situation of the application unit with an official official application unit (submitted in the form of PDF) and the report of the reporting form;
2. Cultural and creative product pictures, cultural relics or design elements pictures, design briefing, related product certification and award certificate or trophy photo, exhibition field real picture, make a file package, the picture format is JPG, not less than 4m, accuracy ≥300dpi;
3. Short video introduction of cultural and creative products (including cultural and creative and cultural relic elements, less than 3 minutes, resolution ≥720p, video file ≤400m).
