Zeng Yan, No. Sanshi, was born in Fuzhou, Fujian Province in 1933. In 1962, he graduated from the Department of Landscape of the Department of Chinese Painting. In 1984, he was transferred to the Zhejiang Academy of Painting as a full -time painter.
