Third, the efforts of retired soldiers' resettlement into the campus have been further increased. When resettlement of military transfer cadres and retired soldiers who meet the conditions of government arrangements, appropriately increase the number of indicators for receiving resettlement military cadres in the municipal schools. Each district provides at least one elementary and middle school and kindergarten post for retired soldiers.

At the same time, Xiamen also established a system of professional ability training for retired soldiers and teachers. According to the "Plan", since 2022, the city has arranged no less than 100 professional ability training programs for retired soldiers and teachers every year. For the independent employment retired soldiers and recovery cadres who are 33 years old and below, undergraduate, or above, are interested in the education cause, after the selection and selection of the examination, the college will be commissioned to conduct a one -year free special customization.
