About the Author

Yang Yuanxi, a native of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, a doctor of engineering, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a researcher at the Xi'an Institute of Surveying and Mapping. He is currently the deputy chief of the Global Satellite Navigation System of Beidou. Long -term engaging in the research of the earth measurement and satellite navigation, creatively proposed a series of theory of relevant observation resistance estimation, and established a new self -adaptive dynamic navigation positioning theory system; presided over a number of large -scale national land measurement projects. He has won two second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 prize and first prize of the provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards. Published more than 300 papers, including more than 60 SCIs; publishing 2 academic monographs and 3 together. He has won the Outstanding Youth Practical Engineering Award and the He Liang Heli Science and Technology Progress Award -Earth Science Award and the Aerospace Foundation "Qian Xuesen Outstanding Contribution Award". In 2003, he was elected as a convention of the International Land Specification Society and was elected as the American Navigation Association in 2018.

Lu Yan, a native of Kaifeng City, Henan Province, a doctor of engineering, a senior engineer of Beijing Institute of Tracking and Communication Technology. He is currently the deputy chief chief planner of the Beidou ground test verification system, deputy leader of the National Beidou major international cooperation expert group, and deputy secretary -general of the China Satellite Navigation Annual Organizing Committee. He has long been engaged in the overall design, test verification and international cooperation of the Beidou system. Chinese Aerospace Science Ambassador, the Chinese Association of Science and Technology "Science Popularization China, I am a scientist" consultant. He has won a number of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, applied for more than 10 patents and national standards, and published more than 30 papers.

Zhang Gong, senior engineer of China Space Technology Research Institute. He is currently the overall chief designer of the Beidou satellite. He has long been engaged in the overall design and model development of Beidou satellite. He has won 3 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, published more than 10 papers, and authorized more than 20 patents.

Gao Weiguang, an associate researcher at the Institute of Tracking and Communication Technology in Beijing. He is currently the assistant designer of the Global Satellite Navigation System of Beidou, the chief designer of the ground test verification system, and the deputy leader of the application promotion and environmental security expert group. He has won more than 10 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards and published more than 60 papers.

Guo Shuren, a researcher at the Institute of Tracking and Communication Technology in Beijing. He is currently the deputy chief planner of the Global Satellite Navigation System of Beidou, Secretary -General of the Expert Committee, the general commander of the ground test verification system, and the overall expert group of the system. He won more than 10 national scientific and technological progress awards, more than 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, and won the personal title of Beidou II satellite construction.

Zhang Shuangna, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Space Technology. Currently the project manager of Aerospace Steel Technology Co., Ltd.. He has long been engaged in design and promotion of Beidou system application solutions. Published more than 20 papers and authorized more than 20 patents.
