Seven teachers from our school were elected as members of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Democratic Party

From July 11th to 19th, the democratic parties in Shanghai successively held a congress to elected the Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal Democratic Party and Shanghai Democratic Party to attend the National Congress of the Democratic Party. One teacher of our school was elected as the chairman of the new democratic party to the Shanghai Municipal Committee, two teachers were elected as executive members, 4 teachers were elected members, and 2 teachers were elected as representatives of the National Congress of the Democratic Party.

Academician Qian Feng was elected as the chairman of the 18th Committee of the Jiu San Academy Shanghai Municipal Committee, and the chairman of the Nine Three Academy of the East China University of Technology, Liu Haifeng, was elected as a standing member. Member, Zhou Weixing, chairman of the branch committee of the Democratic Construction China East University of Technology, was elected as a member of the 14th Committee of the Shanghai Fourteen Shanghai Municipal Committee, and Zhao Ling, chairman of the General Branch of the Democratic Progressive East China University of Technology, was elected as a member of the 17th Committee of the Democratic Progressive Shanghai. Li Dawei, chairman of the branch committee of East China University of Technology, was elected as a member of the Fourteenth Committee of the Shanghai Fourteen Committee of the Agricultural Labor Party.

Qian Feng was elected as the representative of the 12th National Congress of the Jiu San Academy of the Jiu San Academy, and Zhang Jinlong, chairman of the East China University of Technology, was elected as representatives of the 13th National Congress of the China Democratic Alliance.
