1. Construction period

Second, funding funds

Third, the item requirements

After the expiration of philosophy and social science innovation talents support plan construction, the Provincial Department of Education will organize experts to accept acceptance and performance assessment in accordance with relevant regulations. The three items of the following conditions should be available at the same time:

1. The results of the works have been officially published.

2. There are no less than one of the relevant papers in the CSSCI source journal, SSCI, and A & HCI, or no less than one related papers, or the first edition of the People's Daily, Guangming Daily, or the theoretical version of the article (more than 3000 words).

3. Research and consulting report belongs to the application research, proposed theoretical viewpoints, policy recommendations, etc. are adopted by party and government leaders at or above the provincial level or instructions with leaders at or above the provincial level; those who are basic research must have 5 peer experts (at least 3 Experts outside the school) identification opinion.

5. The results have won no less than one of the national, provincial and ministerial awards (second prizes) or Henan university philosophy and social science outstanding achievement awards.

Fourth, work requirements

1.
