After graduating from Tangshan Industrial Specialty in 1916, Mao Yisheng took the first place to obtain a graduate student in Tsinghua University in the United States and entered the University of Conneur. Wang Jieyao is a registered architect in Qingdao in 1933, but he should have qualified before, because the "Guan Tu Foundation" records that he designed a villa at 1931 in 1931. At that time, Qingdao had introduced the architect's registration system.

The earliest owner of this villa was Zhou Zhongqi, a professor of Shandong University before the War of Resistance Against Japan. In 1946, he was invited by Zhao Taiyu to be the chief executive to recover the number of school buildings occupied by the U.S. military and contributed to Shandong University's reinstatement.

According to Wang Shuai, the author of "Jiaoji Railway", Zhou Zhongqi has two brief experience in the Jiaoji Railway. Around 1925, he served as the deputy director of the Jiaoji Railway Administration, and later dutied a serious conflict with Zhang Zongchang, the Governor Lu Lu. In November 1929, he returned to the Jiaoji Railway and replaced Zhao Lan Tian as a member of the Jiaoji Railway Management Committee. Other information said that Zhou purchased the place in 1930. The archives show that the villa started in September 1932 and was completed in October 1933. According to Wang Shuai's research, one and a half after Zhou Huiqing, he left Qingdao in 1931. According to many records of "Qingdao Bada Guan and Taiping Horn Modern Architecture" (Qian Yi Central University for Nationalities) and other records, No. 17 Rongcheng Road is Wang Jieyao Villa, but the original archives are missing. At present, only the garage wall architect is Wang Jieyao Essence Architects, railway engineers, and Duan Chang Wang Jieyao, both designed villas for a short -term intersection, and built villas adjacent to themselves. Perhaps the background of the Jiaoji Railway turned colleagues into neighbors, maybe the two have deeper exchanges.

Surprisingly, through the comparison of the historical materials of the "Guan Tu" and the historical data of the Jiaoji Railway, it was found that six architects were colleagues of Wang Jieyao. In further inspection, the mystery of Qingdao architects during the Republic of China was unveiled.

However, Wang Jieyao's whereabouts after the war were blurred. Some people say that he is a teacher at the Department of Civil Engineering of Shandong University, and an article that in 1952, Qingdao Institute of Technology, which was merged and established by the Department of Civil Engineering and Shandong Institute of Technology in Shandong University in 1952.
