1. Registration object

From August 12, 2022, all the off -campus training institutions in Kaifeng City can submit to the county, district culture and tourism departments to the "Kaifeng City Cultural and Art Outside Training Institutional Entry Registration Form" and other related materials. After the prevention and control and safety production inspection is qualified, offline teaching activities are launched normally. The cultural and artistic training institutions that have not conducted pre -review and registered land are deemed to be automatic training.

Second, workflow

(1) Strict implementation of the prevention and control measures for epidemic conditions

Outside -school training institutions should improve the normalization of the epidemic prevention and control work plan. (2) Do a good job of investigation of hidden dangers of safety risks

Exids and artistic training institutions of culture and art should have a stable and fixed place and facilities that are compatible with the training category and scale. (3) Strict inspection of contract signing

(5) Standardize emergency drills
