It is issued to you and put forward the following opinions, please follow the implementation. Kindergarten and secondary vocational schools are implemented with reference.

1. Strengthen time management. All counties (cities, districts) and primary and secondary schools should strictly implement the arrangement of the "School Calendar", start school and vacation at the prescribed time, and shall not start or push school and holiday time after the municipal education bureau's consent. The compulsory education phase is 35 weeks of class time every school year, and the school has 2 weeks of motorization (the school will arrange art festivals, science and technology festivals, sports meetings, comprehensive practice and other activities as depending on the school). 13 weeks; ordinary high schools take 40 weeks per academic year, schools have 1-2 weeks, winter and summer vacations, national statutory holidays 10-11 weeks. Teaching is arranged at 5 days a week, 40-45 minutes per class, 10 minutes of rest for 10 minutes, and a 30-minute large-class sports activities and 10 minutes of eye protection exercise every day.

Second, strengthen the management of schedule. Compulsory education schools should implement the "double reduction" policy, scientifically formulate school science and rest, reduce overweight operations, strictly control the total number of written homework, and must not arrange family written homework in the first and second grades of primary schools. The average of not more than 60 minutes; junior high school students' written homework time per day is not more than 90 minutes. To strengthen sleep management, primary school students, junior high school students, and high school students should sleep every day for 10 hours, 9 hours, and 8 hours, respectively. For bedtime, primary school students are generally no later than 21:20, junior high school students are generally no later than 22:00, and high schools are generally no later than 23:00. In the morning, primary schools are generally not as early as 8:20, and junior high schools and high schools are generally not earlier than 8:00. Take good physical education classes. For primary schools in the first to second grades, 4 lessons per week, 3 to six of elementary schools and junior high schools 3 lessons per week, 2 lessons per week in high schools. 3. Strengthen supervision and guidance.
